How do I adjust my subscription?
To adjust your subscription you will need to go to the Whitney's Best Bankful page and login using the same account email. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to setup a password verify your account via the email verification.
How do I change my delivery date?
Change payment information, change or view your shipping information, view upcoming orders, skip upcoming orders, view order history, or cancel your subscription via the Bankful login
How do I change my address?
Click on the My Account page. This will bring you to a page where you can edit your address for future orders.
How do I change the products in my subscription?
While we can’t currently offer the ability to modify the products in your existing subscriptions, we are working hard to bring that feature to you.
Until then, you will have to cancel your current subscription and create a new one with your preferred products.
Do I need an account to be part of the subscription service?
To manage your subscription, you will need an account. If you don’t have one, you can CREATE ONE using the email address you used to order your subscription.
